The salmon are Alaskan chum silver brites. They are caught in the cold clean waters off Alaska then processed, frozen, and shipped to us. The fish weighs an average of five to eight pounds each.

The whitefish comes from Great Slave Lake in Canada's Northwest Territory or the Great Lakes. The fish weighs an average of about two pounds each.
